TRIPLE CHOCOLATE CHESS PIE
Triple Chocolate Chess Pie
This pie comes together so quickly…
Yield: 2 x 10-inch pies
PREP IT!
2/3 cup Butter, salted, melted
¾ cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ cup Bittersweet chocolate chips
¼ cup Milk chocolate chips
2 cups Sugar, granulated
½ cup Brown sugar, dark
1 teaspoon Salt
2 cups Corn syrup, light or dark
2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
6 large Eggs
2 x 10-inch pie crusts (any kind)
MAKE IT!
In a large microwave safe bowl, add butter and chocolate chips. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring between each 30 seconds, until chocolate is fully melted.
Whisk all ingredients together with the melted butter and chocolate.
Distribute filling into desired pie crusts.
Bake at 350F for 45-50 minutes or until filling is set.
Tip: Enjoy warm or at room temperature with ice cream or fresh vanilla whipped cream.
For Reheat leftovers: in the oven or in the microwave.
